Beyond Belief (1976)

Collection of the usual "paranormal phenomena" that was popular in the 1970s, hosted by an annoying guy named Richard Mathews. It opens with a scientific experiment designed to prove that yogurt has feelings, and goes downhill from there. There is past life regression, a seance with a moving table, a teenager in England who can write messages from the dead, and of course UFOs. Unusually bad for the genre.
