Alien experiment escapes to Hawaii where it is adopted by a lonely, rebellious girl. It causes chaos wherever it goes, straining the relationship with her sister and putting her guardianship in jeopardy. Galactic bounty hunters cause more chaos and destruction, but "family" wins out, as it usually does in a Disney film. Lively, entertaining, if occasionally overbearing.
