A group of mentally disturbed strangers show up at a mental institution hoping to get admitted. A nurse and her two cronies put them through a series of contests for the only spot available. The comedy relies on exaggerated stereotypes, which doesn't pay off because of the horrible acting. Lynchian style surrealism is just another poor attempt at humor. It might work on a six pack night level, but don't mistake this for anything but juvenile comedy.
