Scientists working to unleash psychic powers from their patients inject them with powerful drugs and subject them to gruesome torture sessions. A girl is sent by their employers to tell them they are being shut down, so they take her prisoner and subject her to the same experimentation. What follows is a non-stop barrage of drug induced insanity. Fukui's follow-up to √964 Pinocchio is not as successful. It takes place almost entirely on one, large static set. At times it seems like the director just told the actors to scream and act as strangely as possible. Still, some interesting ideas manage to slip through the madness, and it is certainly never boring.
