Bland Columbia back lot production with Guy Madison a gun-happy deputy seeking the truth behind his latest victim. The trail leads to a dusty town controlled by Lorne Greene, cast against type as a bloodthirsty baron. Valerie Finch is his wife, a no good man eater that almost ensnares Madison in her trap.
