IMDb
(DVD, Warner Archive Collection)

Industrialist and wild game hunter Richard Boone bores his way through the polar ice cap to an active volcano where prehistoric dinosaurs and cavemen are still alive. He takes along photographer Joan Van Ark and some other scientists. Will they end up dinosaur food? Will they make friends with the cavemen? These questions drive the slim plot. The special effects are Godzilla-style man-in-a-rubber-suit, the T. rex even sounds a lot like Godzilla. They adopt one of the cave people and make her a servant, named Hazel. Van Ark is still wearing make-up after months stranded in a jungle-like setting. I could go on but you get the picture.
