Bing Crosby is a small town doctor who poisons patients that are in pain, or that he simply believes don't deserve to live. A childhood prodigy returns home from medical school, now a doctor, and uncovers the truth. Bing tries to knock him off as well, but forces him to confess to a crime while near death, planning to use it to keep him silent. Things don't work out exactly as planned. Bing deserved to go out with something a little more challenging than this, his final role after 41 years and 86 acting credits.
