A mad scientist develops a method to bring the dead back to life. He steals bodies from the morgue, but when they run out he decides to kill his assistant, who shoots him first. The assistant tries to cover up the murder by impersonating the doctor and walling up the body in the basement. While treating a patient, he mistakenly injects him with a drug that causes him to have hilariously overacted fits. The patient's wife tries to blackmail him, but he manages to trap her in the basement, where she fights with his own ex-wife also a prisoner. A nosy neighbor that keeps hundreds of cats gets involved. Insanely awful piece of exploitation that would make Ed Wood proud, the cinematographer, William Thompson, went on to work for him.
