The Vulture (1966)

A schoolteacher sees a giant vulture with a human head fly away from a graveyard one stormy night in remote England. A visiting American scientist thinks a local scientist experimenting with nuclear energy has created a mutation. Nobody believes him until more victims are found and his own wife is taken away in the night to the beast's seashore nest. Potentially interesting horror marred by cheap special effects and poor acting, especially by Broderick Crawford, who thankfully is the first victim.
