"Dramatic recreations" of near-death experiences attempt to convince us that there is life after death, but mostly succeeds in convincing me of just the opposite. Almost all of the stories unfold in the same way: an accidental or natural death, looking down on one's own body, traveling through a tunnel, approaching a door or gate, an enveloping bright light, greetings from relatives who have died, occasionally meeting a long-haired guy in flowing robes. Unfortunately for the girl who commits suicide, she finds herself surrounded by zombies in a living hell, complete with fire and a pool of boiling liquid. This documentary also looks at other occult phenomena popularized in the 70s: reincarnation, seances, even our old friend Uri Geller makes an appearance.
