Frank basically plays himself: a bachelor playboy living in a plush NYC apartment where he entertains his numerous girlfriends. Enter kid brother Tony Bill: kicked out of his parents house at 21 and idolizing Frank, who decides to show him the ropes of his decadent lifestyle. A rampantly sexist time capsule of the early 60s, statically set in Frank's overdressed apartment.
