Anime anthology starts out strong with Rintaro's Labyrinth Labyrinthos, an Alice in Wonderland story about a girl who follows her cat through a clock into a world of a strange circus. The second segment appears on a stage at the circus, set in the future of about 100 years from now where hi-tech drivers race on a circular track. One driver beats them all, but it comes with a price. In the final segment, technology is again the theme, this time at a remote factory in a jungle where a man is sent to shut it down, but must deal with robots who protect it. This is very similar to the themes presented in Robot Carnival, another anthology anime released in the same year, and could probably be considered a companion piece.
